Fati shpk. Is the main building partner of the group working for "Eyes of Tirana", a major architectural oeuvre d'art to be built in the city's center. The project is designed by the reknown Swedish architecture firm "Henning Larsen Architects".
Fati Towers is composed of two towers situated in front of the Albanian Parliament, both towers have combined surface of 13814 m2. The first three floors are used for commercial and service purposes, while the other floors fulfill residential needs.
Fati Trade has built an 8 apartment building complex in Struga, Macedonia, built by the Black Drini river, serving residential, commercial and service purposes.
